Reaffirm the existence of an emergency within the meaning of Public Contract Code §1102 and Public Resources Code §21060.3 due to the damage to Bartlett Park from the March 2023 storm events, as declared by the Board of Supervisors on June 27, 2023, Resolution No. 2023-0554. (4/5ths vote required)
Ratify a Proclamation of Local Emergency due to Wildfire for the 2024 Coffee Pot Fire issued by the Director of Emergency Services on August 28, 2024. Ratify all Orders issued by the Director of Emergency Services, or successor, between August 28, 2024, and September 2, 2024 related to the Proclamation of Local Emergency due to Wildfire for the 2024 Coffee Pot Fire.
